Asset Usage
You may modify assets for commercial projects. Redistributing source files is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms
All sales for the premium version are final. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Limitation of Liability
Neardivo Game Development Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
